  • PRANA is a process-driven organisation. At the outset, we pursue relentlessly till the core of the issue, that the communications needs to address, is understood. This is done through exhaustive communication audits, field and desk research, analysing competition behavior and visiting the legacy of the client. Once this is achieved, our internal processes take over. The processes that enforce upon us the need for an annual plan that is fragmented upto the weekly activity plan through quarterly and monthly frameworks.

  • PRANA encourages its clients to establish benchmarks to measure its performance as we get on board. Internally, our performance evaluation is a daily activity. To our clients, we visit these benchmarks on a quarterly and annual basis.
