    We initiate the relationship with a client by conducting a detailed communication audit to identify communication opportunities. This involves media research, dipstick perception studies amongst target groups as well as major offsite meetings with the client to understand all issues relevant to the communication program.

    Tracking the media on a daily basis to identify communication opportunities and issues.

    Establishing protocols for managing client-Agency relationships.

    These include :

  • Weekly meeting for operational issues, a monthly meeting for planning and quarterly meetings for reviews.
  • Establishing processes for managing client-media interface including identifying the spokespersons.
  • Monthly reports of activities conducted and the resultant coverage in the target media.
