Our team of over 26 people have strong institutional knowledge of issues, trends and opportunities across industries and domains. Their experience helps in enhancing client’s credibility and trust. The core team is supported by a Group backbone of our network of 14 offices across all major markets of the country. Some of the key members of our team are as follows:

Sushil Bahal : CEO
Sushil has been in the business of communication for the past 20 years. A 360o communications practitioner, Sushil has been hands-on in advertising, public relations, direct marketing, sales promotions and direct sales. In each of these practices, he has managed complex tasks as individual assignments and also as integrated solutions provider.

Although Sushil has been primarily associated with financial services communications, he has worked for products and services from health sciences, manufacturing, hospitality and ITeS domains also. Through our associate firm RAKA Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Sushil is well represented in Advertising Agencies Association of India, Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) etc.

Prafull Sawant :
With a Masters degree in Mass Communications and nearly a decade experience in Journalism and Public Relations, Prafull Sawant is currently working as a Group Head at Prana Public Relations. His key responsibilities at Prana includes winning new business, planning, strategising and conducting media training sessions for the clients and new recruiters. Prior joining Prana Public Relations, Prafull was working as an Assistant Editor with Jasubhai Media. He also worked with some of the leading publication house like Tata Infomedia, and contributed articles for Times of India, Hindustan Times etc. He has successfully written on IT, Business and Pharma industry.

Shailesh Kher :
Shailesh has over 10 years experience in business  journalism and business analysis. He has worked for reputed publications such as Financial Express, Fortune India and has covered corporates, markets, IPO analysis etc.

Swati Mirchandani :
Swati has done her masters Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations and has been in a PR practioner for nearly 5 years. She has been a part of the team that has been servicng BNP Paribas for 3 years now. Swati has a broad-based experience in the domain of financial services and has managed many PR task for multiple clients.

Shekhar Singh Batham :
An MBA in Finance, Shekhar brings in an experience of over 4 years in Capital Market. His current profile at Prana includes structuring, planning and organizing investor relations in the organization for all types of client. His team exclusively focuses on work related to Investor Relations.

P A Francis :
Mr. P A Francis is CEO and Editor-in-chief of www.pharmabiz.com and Chronicle Pharmabiz, a pharma news weekly from India. He has more than 29 years of experience and has worked with The Economic Times and The Observer of Business and Politics. He has also worked with Express Pharma Pulse as an editor.

Dr. Ashok Punjabi :
Dr. Ashok Punjabi, a leading cardiologist in Mumbai, is Medical Director at Krishna Cardiac Care Centre and honorary cardiologist at the Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Bandra. He is also associated with the Breach Candy Hospital & Research Centre as an Interventional Cardiologist. Dr. Punjabi has been a consulting cardiologist for the last 15 years in Mumbai.

Dr. Milind Sawant :
Dr. Milind Sawant is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in Knee Surgery. He had the privilege of learning Knee Surgery at renowned centers in India, England, Europe, Austrlia and the USA. He has spent over eight years in practicing in England, he was associated with the London and the Cambridge Orthopaedic rotations.
